Having It All Together

Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, -James 1:2

It's Okay Not To Have It All Together. When You Think You Have It All Together, You Think You Can Handle Everything Yourself. You Forget Where Your Help Comes From Until You Actually Need Help. You Don't Call On God Until Your Foot Begins To Slip Or Until You're In The Fire. You Know What It Means When Trials Come? It Means God Is Moving. God Doesn't Send Trials To Hurt Us, But He Sends Them So We Can Grow. Trials Don't Come To Pull Us Away From God, But To Push Us Even Closer To Him.

God Wants To Hear His Children's Voice. You Know What He Wants? He Wants Someone Like Jacob. Jacob Knew He Was Unworthy (Genesis 32:10) Yet He Didn't Let That Stop Him. Jacob Got Just What He Was Looking For Because He Knew He Didn't Have It All Together. Jacob Knew He Couldn't Save Himself. I Use Jacob As An Example Because Sometimes When We're In The Midst Of A Trial We're Afraid To Call On God Because We're Ashamed (As If He Doesn't Already Know). God Doesn't Care About Anything Else (Romans 8:1)

Stop Thinking You Have To Do It All On Your Own. You're Strong But God Makes You Stronger.
